Technical Development Intern (m/f/d)

Your mission
Je nach Deinen Interessen und den aktuellen Projekten bei Urban Ray kann dein Aufgabenbereich aus folgenden Themen bestehen:
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und CAD-Konstruktion von UAVs und Bodenstationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Herstellung, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme der UAVs und Bodenstationen
  • Entwicklung und Bau von Testständen für z.B. den Antriebsstrang
  • Unterstützung bei Testflügen und dem Betrieb von UAVs
  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Testergebnissen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
  • Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung der Soft- und Hardware unserer Bodenstation
 Du bekommst vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung und hast die Möglichkeit eigene Projekte durchzuführen!
About you
  • Du bist derzeit als Student eingeschrieben und suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum
  • Du hast mindestens 5 Monate Zeit
  • Du bist lernbereit und willst an neuen Aufgaben wachsen
  • Du kommunizierst direkt und handelst proaktiv
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du verfügst über Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Erfahrung mit Drohnen, Modellflugzeugen oder 3D-Druck ist ein Plus

Your mission
Depending on your interests and the current projects at Urban Ray, your area of responsibility may consist of the following topics:
  • Collaboration in the development and CAD design of UAVs and ground stations
  • Support in the production, testing and commissioning of UAVs and ground stations
  • Development and construction of test stands, e.g. for the drive train
  • Support for test flights and the operation of UAVs
  • Analysis and documentation of test results and suggestions for improvement
  • Supporting the automation of our ground station software and hardware
 You will be given responsibility from day one and have the opportunity to carry out your own projects!
About you
  • You are currently enrolled as a student and are looking for a mandatory internship
  • You have at least 5 months time
  • You are willing to learn and want to grow with new tasks
  • You communicate directly and act proactively
  • You like to take on responsibility
  • You have language skills in English and German
  • Experience with drones, model airplanes or 3D printing is a plus
